Accessibility Statement

We are continuously working to make our digital solutions accessible to everyone – regardless of physical or technological circumstances. This includes people with disabilities.

We are committed to complying with the Danish Act on the Accessibility of Public Sector Websites and Mobile Applications, which is based on EU Directive 2016/2102. The law sets requirements for how digital services must be designed to ensure they are understandable, navigable, and technically accessible to as many users as possible.

Our work is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and we are continuously working to correct issues and improve the user experience.

On this page, you can read about how we work with accessibility, what we are still improving – and how to contact us if something isn’t working for you.

This statement applies to:

  • sydbank.com

Compliance status

sydbank.com is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and the requirements set out in the Danish Accessibility Act, based on the EU Web Accessibility Directive (2016/2102).

Accessibility is continuously assessed, and technical issues have been identified and are being addressed by our development team.

See which parts are fully accessible

  • Det meste af det redaktionelle indhold, herunder tekstbaserede sider, hovednavigation og kontaktsider, er tilgængeligt og fungerer med skærmlæser og tastaturnavigation.

See what we are still improving

  • We are currently working to correct technical issues identified through SiteImprove – including empty container elements and hidden items that can receive keyboard focus.

See what is not yet compliant

  • Some components do not yet meet accessibility standards. In addition, the site includes content provided by third parties, which is outside of our control, though we strive to ensure accessibility wherever possible.
