Outlook for 2008

We project core earnings before impairment of loans and advances in the region of DKK 1,600-1,900m in 2008.

Shareholders

Sydbank has 135,000 shareholders. Nykredit and ATP owns more than 5% of the Bank's share capital.

Votes

According to Article 11 (1) of the Bank's Articles of Association each share purchase of DKK 10 gives one vote at the General Meeting. However no shareholder may cast more than 5000 votes on his own behalf and no one acting as proxy may cast more than 5000 votes.
